A True Test Against Harvard

October 5th, 2015

This past Friday, we played at Harvard University for the first time in the long history of both programs. The game was carried by ESPN3. Under unexpectedly clear skies, we competed against a very good football team. We lost by a score of 45-0. We were outgained by the Crimson 494 yards to 222 yards. Preparing to take on Harvard

Following the victory at Columbia, we returned to Georgetown to start preparations for Friday’s game in a short week. Our staff and players did a great job of controlling the controllables. We could not control not having a full week of practice. We could and did control our effort and focus during the week. Every week we focus on improving one play at a time. Coming Up Big Over Columbia

The goal for this weekend is to take one play at a time. Over the first three games, we have played well in stretches. To be successful this weekend, we must be more consistent mentally and physically. Every player and coach has a role to play this weekend. A True Match Against Dartmouth
