2022-23 Men’s Basketball Season Tickets
Thank you for your support of Georgetown Athletics and the men’s basketball program! Season ticket holders represent our most loyal fans and we appreciate your continued and passionate support.
Please see below for all pertinent information regarding the renewal of your men’s basketball season tickets for the upcoming 2022-23 season.
I. Pricing*
Men’s basketball season ticket prices consist of two parts: the ticket cost and athletics contribution. To view a seating map with the season ticket prices, please visit here.
II. How to Pay for the Ticket Cost
There are two payment options:
1. 6-Month Payment Plan
As part of this six-month plan, the first payment is due at sign-up. The remaining five payments will be charged on the 15th of every month from October 2022 to February 2023.
2. Pay 100% in Full
Two ways to submit a payment:
1. Online securely through your MY HOYAS Account at WeAreGeorgetown.com/MYHOYAS
2. Pay by check or money order and mail to: Georgetown University, 3700 O Street N.W., Athletic Ticket Office – McDonough Arena, Washington, DC 20057. Make checks payable to Georgetown University.

III. How to Pay for the Athletics Contribution Associated with Your Season Tickets
After purchasing season tickets, you will be contacted by the Athletics Annual Fund office with more information. For a map outlining the per-seat athletics contributions, please visit here.
IV. Health and Safety Protocols at Capital One Arena
We will be working in conjunction with Capital One Arena as well as the District of Columbia, NCAA, and BIG EAST Conference to provide information on health and safety protocols for fans in advance of the start of the 2022-23 season. We do not anticipate a mask or vaccine requirement during the 2022-23 season. Please know that you may renew now and if for any reason you are not comfortable with the health and safety protocols in place, you may request a full refund at a later date.
V. Games Automatically Included in Season Ticket Package
Your season ticket purchase will include tickets to the following twelve regular season home games to be played at Capital One Arena during the 2022-23 men’s basketball season:
- Tuesday, November 15, v. Northwestern (Gavitt Games)
- Saturday, December 3, v. South Carolina
- All 10 regular season home games against each of our BIG EAST opponents
- Butler, Creighton, Connecticut, DePaul, Marquette, Providence, Seton Hall, St. John’s, Villanova, Xavier
Season ticket holders may also opt in for complimentary tickets to any of the other five non-conference home games. For each of these five games, you will be able to request the number of season ticket you have, plus up to four additional tickets for any guests you may want to bring. These games are as follows:
- Tuesday, November 8, v. Coppin St. (Season Opener)
- Saturday, November 12, v. Green Bay
- Wednesday, November 20, v. American
- Saturday, November 26, v. UMBC
- Wednesday, December 7 v. Siena
While we hope that all season ticket holders attend every Hoyas home game, we also ask that you only opt in for tickets for these five games that you are going to use. Having a higher utilization rate on distributed tickets means that we can maximize seating close to the court and improve the home-court advantage for the Hoyas as much as possible. You will be able to request your same season seat locations for these games, if you would like. Any requested tickets for these five games will be complimentary and not be able to be resold. We will send an email with how to opt in for these games and request additional tickets for guests in September. This year you will also be able to opt-in for all games at once.
VI. Young Alumni/Graduate Student Discount
Georgetown University young alumni in classes 2015-2022 are eligible for discounted season tickets in Sections 104 and 118. As part of this offer, season tickets are only $199/seat ($149/seat for the ticket cost plus $50/seat for the athletics contribution) – that’s $100/seat (33%) off the regular price! VII. Faculty/Staff Discount
Current Georgetown University faculty and staff receive a $600 credit towards the total athletics contribution associated with season tickets. If you are a faculty/staff member, please contact the ticket office at hoyatickets@georgetown.edu to purchase your season tickets and receive this great discount!
VIII. MY HOYAS Account
Through your MY HOYAS Account you can:
– Purchase season tickets, mini-plans, single game tickets, special offers, away game tickets and postseason tickets.
– Manage your tickets by forwarding, selling, and donating tickets. *Ticket management will be activated in October.
– Update your personal information and email subscriptions.

IX. Mobile Ticketing
Log in to your MY HOYAS Account from your iPhone, Android or Windows smartphone and view your ticket to the game! *Mobile ticketing will be activated in October or November.
