Flex Plan Ticket Vouchers

Please read for step-by-step redemption instructions.  If you need assistance, please email us at hoyatickets@georgetown.edu.

1. Log into your MyHoyas Account.
2. Click “Manage Tickets”.
3. Click “Select Event” for “Hoyas Flex Plan Vouchers”.
4. Click “Exchange” in the top right.
5. Click the checkboxes for the number of vouchers you want to redeem for the first game (You will need to redeem vouchers for each game separately.) Click “Continue”.
6. Click “Select Event” for the game you want to redeem vouchers for.
7. Use the interactive seating chart to select your seats by clicking on a section number and then clicking on any available seats (represented by green highlighted seats).
8. Scroll over the icon of a shopping cart in the top right and then click “Continue”.  (You can ignore the price shown, you do not have to pay any additional money.)
9. Review your exchange details and click “Submit”.
10. Choose the delivery method “Manage Online”, accept the Terms and Conditions and click “Submit Order”.

Your tickets will then be available to view and download to your mobile device if you navigate back to “Manage Tickets”.
