Season Ticket Exchange Program

Georgetown Athletics is happy to once again offer the Season Ticket Exchange Program as a benefit to all men’s basketball season ticket holders! This program is designed to add value to season ticket packages as well as provide flexibility for our most loyal supporters.

The program provides season ticket holders with the opportunity to exchange season ticket seats to future games that they will not be able to attend for extra tickets to a game they can attend.

Games Available to Be Exchanged
The program is available for fourteen of the season’s eighteen home games. You may exchange tickets into all home games except the following games:

Saturday, December 14 @ 1:00 p.m. vs. Syracuse
Saturday, January 18 @ 2:00 p.m. vs. Marquette
Sunday, March 1 @ 2:00 p.m. vs. Xavier
Saturday, March 7 @ 12:00 p.m. vs. Villanova

How to Exchange
Exchanges are easily made through the ticket management section of your MY HOYAS Account. For step-by-step instructions, please see below:

To exchange seats through your MY HOYAS Account, Adobe Flash must be enabled/allowed on your web browser. For instructions, visit here Google Chrome, here for Internet Explorer, here for Firefox and here for Safari. After enabling Flash, you may also need to clear your internet history/cache.

1. Log in to your MY HOYAS Account
2. Click “manage my tickets”
3. Select the eligible game that you want to exchange
4. Click “exchange seats”
5. Choose the seats that you want to exchange for the selected game
6. Click “exchange” at the top of the screen
7. Confirm the selected game and selected tickets and click “continue to exchange”
8. Choose the game for which you want to exchange the seats
9. Use the seat map to select your new seats
   -The “cost” that appears on the bottom of this page is the difference between the value of your season ticket seats and the new seats you select
   -Please note that if you select a seat which has a value less than your current seat, no refunds or credits will be issued
   -If you select a seat that has a greater value than your current seat, you will be prompted to pay the difference
10. Click “checkout”
11. Review your exchange
12. Click “exchange seats”
13. Select “manage online” as your delivery method
14. Click “purchase tickets”
    -If there is no balance due, you will not be charged anything
    -If there is an additional cost, you will be prompted to enter your payment information
    -Please note that if you are registered for a payment plan and choose to exchange seats for a game to which payment has yet to be applied, you will be asked to make a payment for that game as part of the exchange process. This is not an additional cost, but rather an advance payment which will reduce the balance of your payment plan.
15. Tickets will appear in your MY HOYAS Account (you will be able to manage these tickets immediately)
