If you purchased tickets online and have yet to pick-up your tickets, please see the information below on retrieving your tickets.

Tickets purchased online will be available for pick up at the Eventi Hotel (located at 851 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10001, on the corner of the 6th Avenue and 30th Street) at the Georgetown Athletic Ticket Office BIG EAST Headquarters in room 504 (the Screening Room).

Tickets may only be picked up by the purchaser who must have a valid photo ID to claim the tickets. If you wish to change the name for pick up, please e-mail hoyatickets@georgetown.edu.

Room 504 will be open during the following dates and times:

– Tuesday, March 12: 5 PM to 7 PM
– Wednesday, March 13: 10 AM to 12 PM and 5 PM to 7 PM
– Thursday, March 14: 10 AM to 11 AM and 5 PM to 7 PM

All sales are final. Seats are subject to availability. Standard fees apply to all orders.
